Labour Inspectorate: these are the campaigns planned in 2019
Like every year, the FPS Labour Inspection Supervision Well-being at Work is scheduling inspection campaigns in 2019. A list of the 2019 campaigns can be found at the bottom of this message.
During each visit, the inspector analyses the employer’s well-being policy and checks how the relevant organisation deals with each domain of the well-being legislation. Shortcomings or violations may give rise to a verbal or written recommendation, a warning or even bring the operation to a halt.
Emphasis on local campaigns
In addition to national inspections, the FPS Labour Inspection Supervision Well-being at Work is also focusing heavily on regional campaigns. Those campaigns are used to:
- make some sectors aware of the prevention issues;
- establish a baseline to monitor the impact of the inspection;
- show sectors their responsibilities and, if necessary, support them in developing an action plan.
