Who am I?
Investing in the seven areas of wellbeing is investing in your organisation, your employees and your future.
Continuous improvement with a multidisciplinary and step-by-step approach is what I still believe in after a quarter of a century working in the prevention and environmental world.
I love travelling and skiing, enjoying my young adult children and keeping myself fit with tennis. I also like going out to eat with friends. And then, of course, there is taking the dog out on our daily walk.
Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success."Henry Ford
Expertise
I have extensive experience as a prevention adviser, environmental coordinator and/or department head in Safety, Wellbeing and the Environment in a range of sectors, whether ISO-certified and not.
On a strategic level, I help organisations to draw up their policy plans and documents for the seven areas of wellbeing, develop management systems and optimise the way their internal department for prevention and wellbeing operates, as well as implement SWOT analyses.
Operationally speaking, my range is wide: implementing risk analyses as part of dynamic risk management systems, drawing up emergency plans and organising evacuation and sandbox exercises for all of the parties involved in the emergency plan, presenting training courses, managing proper biosafety and biosecurity programmes, setting up procedures for safety management systems, establishing methods relating to safe travel for expats, analysing accidents, conducting GAP analyses for drawing up overall safety and prevention plans, etc.
