Who am I?

Psychosocial wellbeing is a field that is really blooming. The focus here lies on evolving from what we have to do (statutory requirements) to what we are able to do (extra preventative initiatives).

This is the thinking I use to support organisations in their psychosocial aspects. My aim at all times is to optimise things. This is the stance I take to look at issues such as conflict, absenteeism, aggression and stress. And I always try to achieve a win-win situation for both employee and employer.

In my spare time I like to get out and about: walking and city trips.

Keep it simple"

Expertise

I carry out psychosocial risk analyses using the Sonar tool. I also conduct individual discussions and help coach people about stress, burnout and change. In addition, I develop total stress.

As the person responsible for the content of the psychosocial discipline within Mensura, I develop new products. I also optimise the existing offering and keep a close eye on our quality guarantee and the service we provide.
