New orders for flu vaccines can no longer be placed via MyMensura. A waiting list has been created for orders via mail.

The maximum limit for flu vaccine orders has been reached. Customers shall only be able to place new orders via griep@mensura.be. After placing their order, they will automatically be placed on a waiting list. Deliveries of vaccines are therefore not guaranteed.

The vaccines shall be distributed according to the following principles, depending on the final quantities of vaccines received:

• In the first phase (starting 15 October), the risk groups of all companies that have submitted a nominative list on time shall be addressed.
• Priority will be given to the essential professions during the second phase (starting 15 November). In principle, the healthcare sector will not be addressed during this phase since this was already done during phase 1. However, if there are exceptional cases of healthcare personnel who did not order their vaccines on time, they will also be the first to be addressed during phase 2. Further vaccines shall be distributed according to the time of ordering. Customers will be given priority, in the essential as well as the non-essential sectors.
