    As an industrial engineer and level 1 prevention advisor, I like to take a comprehensive approach. Prevention policy covers safety, ergonomics, psychosocial stress and occupational hygiene. This helps you achieve a better working environment and reduce absenteeism in your organisation. This broad view of prevention always comes in handy, even when I spend my free time in and on the water deep-sea diving.
