I graduated from the University of Warsaw and hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Teaching and a Master's Degree in Translation of Specialist Texts in English. Naturally, my professional journey began as a language teacher and a translator.

My curiosity soon led me to work for international companies across various sectors (e.g. fast-moving consumer goods, real estate management, automotive, pharmaceutical) and take up different roles to understand business dynamics better. This was also the reason why I completed post-graduate studies in Management and Marketing.

I am also a certified trainer for "Eye for accuracy" by Scott Bradbury Ltd. I founded my own training company in Poland and delivered tailored training programs - as far as in India.

After moving to Belgium, I joined Mensura in November 2017 and initially worked as an Emergency Team Coordinator and Prevention Support in the H&S Team of our client Toyota Motor Europe —an experience that gave me hands-on insight into top prevention practices and helped me master project management. Since November 2023, as Learning Architect, I have been channeling over 20 years of experience into developing impactful training programs for our clients and employees, combining my background in education with a strong understanding of workplace safety and communication.

As you can see: teaching and training have always been more than a job—they’re my lifelong passion.
