How does Mensura help in practice?
1. You call the trauma line
You explain the situation to a psychologist. Together, you determine what help your employee needs.
2. We plan support (if necessary)
For a group
If an entire group is involved, the psychologist – in consultation with you – organises a support meeting with all employees. This preferably takes place at or near the scene of the incident. During the session, we look at who has been most affected and who can use extra help.
For an individual
We plan a meeting with a psychologist, either at your office or at a Mensura office.
3. You receive an oral report
The psychologist explains how the victim or those affected are doing and gives advice on further actions. This enables you to help get things back to normal in safe conditions. If specialist help is needed, a suitable referral follows.
On an annual basis, Mensure gives guidance with an average of 300 response processes relating to traumatic incidents at work.
