Who am I?

On the one hand, you have the skills, needs and ambitions of employees; while on the other, there are the constraints and opportunities of their working environment. So, what is wellbeing at work? It’s a state of mind created by achieving satisfactory harmony between ‘on the one hand’ and ’on the other’.

That’s not me saying it; those are the words of the World Health Organisation (WHO).

My aim is to expertly guide people psychosocially in carrying out their tasks. That’s how I contribute to their well-being.

How do I take time out mentally and physically? I enjoy going out into natural surroundings to jog, cycle or walk with family and friends.

Being positive does not mean ignoring the negative. Being positive means that you accept it and learn to deal with it."

Expertise

Over the course of my career, I have gained experience in a wide range of social aspects. From employment law and legal status regulations to reintegration, outplacement and connecting communication. I am also very familiar with various forms of coaching and training – both individual and group: finding solutions, mediation, putting careers on track, dealing with stress and burnout, and so on.
