Mensura recognised as Leading Employer 2024

This recognition as a Leading Employer is awarded annually by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation, a German organisation that has been thoroughly analysing the labour market and rating companies on their quality as employers since 2017. 

The label is based on an independent meta-study that examined 40,000 Belgian companies. The “Leading Employers” meta-study collects data from more than 250 different sources and analyses more than a million data points. The survey assesses organisations on various aspects such as:

• Employee satisfaction 

• Employer branding and reputation

• Attractiveness as an employer 

• Wellbeing at work 

• Job management and visibility on social media
