    A customised project plan is a concise absenteeism scan that gives your organisation a quick and specific understanding of the current situation. In this mini-audit, we analyse the figures, calculate the costs of absenteeism and identify the main issues using a questionnaire that covers areas such as policy, communication, follow-up and the use of the collected absenteeism data.  

    On the basis of this audit, you’ll receive a clear report with concrete recommendations, a step-by-step plan – and a presentation on how to build internal support.
