What is the Employee Assistance Program?
Offering employees the right help promptly isn’t always easy. For privacy reasons, fear of being judged or on other grounds, they often don’t share all the relevant information with their manager. Mensura therefore offers the possibility of connecting your employees to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
How does it work?
Through the Employee Assistance Program, employees and their family members who need confidential help with problems at or outside work can contact a clinical psychologist directly under conditions of professional secrecy. This can be done by phone or through the iConnectYou app. In the app, they can choose how the contact will take place: by chat, phone, text message or video call.
The team of psychologists is available 24/7. After an initial chat, a referral may follow for five sessions with a coach or psychologist. After that, they can continue to receive help on their own initiative.
Strong implementation
98% of employees and family members who contacted the EAP felt that they received real help.
What kind of assistance can your employees expect?
Support
Mensura connects employees and their families quickly and easily with an extensive and carefully screened network of professionals. They avoid long waiting lists and can count on quality and anonymity.
Through the EAP, Mensura gains insight into how things are going in your organisation. This enables us to provide more specific advice on preventive measures.
The program also supports internal persons of trust. Although the main focus is on work-related issues, the EAP also offers guidance on non-work matters.
The organisation’s well-being department or social service also receives support. Experts are available 24/7 for specific, specialised needs.
