Support with reintegration processes: you always know what action to take and when. The software guides you through the formal reintegration process, so you don’t miss anything and every deadline is met.
Advice always at your fingertips: managers receive tips, checklists and model letters for engaging in discussion with employees and recording actions properly. They receive automatic notifications when they need to do something.
Automatic task monitoring: employees can upload their sick notes. Reminders are then automatically pushed if action is required.

As TeamFlows is a cloud-based solution, it can be rolled out quickly without local installation. We’ll provide training and communication materials if needed, to ensure everyone in your organisation is ready to get started.
