What are the obligations of direct supervisors when it comes to promoting well-being in the workplace? And how do these obligations translate into practical tasks that add value to your organisation? This basic training course focuses not only on prevention, but also on communication and the importance of company culture.

Why?

It is crucial for direct supervisors to fully comprehend their obligations regarding the well-being of employees. It is equally important for them to be able to translate these obligations into concrete action steps and communicate these actions in a clear and consistent manner. This way, all members of management contribute to an active prevention policy on well-being in the workplace.

What do you learn?

Basic knowledge about well-being in the workplace is extended and paired with a number of practical skills. Through this interactive training course with individual exercises and mutual alignment, participants will be able to translate their knowledge into a concrete plan of action.

The following topics are covered:

  • Building a culture of well-being and dynamic risk management;
  • Relevant legislation and obligations of relevant parties;
  • Risk assessments, incident investigation and appropriate measures;
  • Communication (deliberation, feedback, toolbox meetings and safety instruction cards);
  • Individual and group exercises to translate the knowledge and skills gained during training into a concrete plan of action.

All topics are addressed from a practical point of view and ample time is dedicated to the day-to-day tasks of the prevention advisor.

For groups of minimum 6 people, training can be organised internally and tailored to your company. It lasts a maximum of 1 day.

Extra options

Support by external prevention advisor is possible on request.
