    • The first part of the course focuses on establishing a standard reference framework to allow employees to effectively and efficiently deal with aggressive behaviour

    • The second part consists of practical exercises that can be modified to a company-specific context. This part focuses on learning to de-escalate aggressive behaviour through communication skills.
