Leadership, it’s all about people-centred connection. That’s more important than ever in a hybrid and complex work reality (e.g. globalisation, AI). This programme provides managers with the insights and tools to boost their teams’ confidence and make a sustainable impact.

Leadership takes many forms. That is why we start from a clear framework that lets you know what to expect. We combine scientific frameworks with a dialogue-based approach. Together with The Tipping Point, we translate these into a tailor-made learning programme that supports managers in their role. You’re not fed abstract theory, but provided with practical tools and techniques by experienced trainers.
As a well-being partner, Mensura coordinates the programme to ensure a lasting impact.
What do you learn?
Our leadership vision follows the metaphor of the mountain guide: a leader sets the direction, provides support along the way, and achieves goals together with the group. From there, we build a modular programme tailored to the target group (in collaboration with Mensura). We frame the training with a pre- and post-training programme and InterVision sessions.

Training programme
Our leadership programme starts from a clear vision: there is no standard training. Together with you, we determine which building blocks are relevant and which are less so, depending on your business context, challenges, and objectives.
The basic programme focuses on three levels of leadership:
self-insight and role awareness
coaching individuals
developing strong teams
As a manager, you will learn to strengthen your communication skills, motivate and coach, deal with resistance and stress, and build cooperation and trust.
We also offer a well-being-oriented programme, with modules on stress and resilience, absenteeism and reintegration, psychological safety, and respectful cooperation.
All modules can be flexibly combined in a programme of up to five days, creating a course that is fully in line with what is really useful for your organisation and managers.

Price
The prices depends on how you follow the training.
If your organisation is affiliated with Mensura External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (ESPPW) and you have prevention units, you can pay with these as long as your balance is sufficient.
