Why?

If employees recognise and understand the causes and consequences of stress reactions, they can take these into account in their communication with one another.

What do you learn?

The situations presented in the Stress Theatre are very recognisable, making it easy for all employees to identify with them. We make clear, in a subtle way, how every action elicits a reaction. This unique approach toward both the causes and the consequences of stress in the workplace makes it possible to discuss this theme in the group.

*The workshop will take place at your organisation and will last 90 minutes. A maximum of 60 employees can participate.

Result?

Thanks to the Stress Theatre, employees will be better able to empathise with the thought patterns of their colleagues. Employees will more quickly recognise and acknowledge stress signals in themselves and in others.

Digital training material is included in the price.

If your organisation is affiliated with Mensura External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (ESPPW) and you have prevention units, you can pay with these as long as your balance is sufficient.
