Well-being in the workplace for supervisors and managers

What are the obligations of direct supervisors when it comes to promoting well-being in the workplace? And how do these obligations translate into practical tasks that add value to your organisation? This basic training course focuses not only on prevention, but also on communication and the importance of company culture.

    Why?

It is equally important for them to be able to translate these obligations into concrete action steps and communicate these actions in a clear and consistent manner. This way, all members of management contribute to an active prevention policy on well-being in the workplace.
