Who am I?

Optimising performance, health and wellbeing is something that fascinates me. After studying sport and exercise psychology, I travelled around the world. On my journey, I learnt various different Eastern and Western approaches to self-development and coaching.

I like to apply ideas and techniques from other contexts – such as sports – to the business world. This is how we help people feel better and enhance their performance.

Health is not just the absence of illness; it is the presence of balance, vitality and wellbeing."

Expertise

With my holistic background, I offer a multifaceted perspective on wellbeing in the workplace.

I help companies strategically to create working environments in which employees can develop and thrive to best effect. In doing so, I integrate mental, physical and emotional wellbeing from a broad perspective.

Experience

Before joining Mensura in 2023, I worked for eight years as a trainer and consultant in wellbeing and productivity. I provided training on focus, energy management, stress regulation and work-life balance at both European and international organisations.

I also work as a Rolfing Therapist, combining connective tissue manipulation with movement education to promote both physical and mental wellbeing.
