Why choose a screen work e-survey?
- People who spend most of their day at a computer screen are exposed to health risks that you, as an employer, don’t always immediately notice.
- The e-survey gives you insight into your employees’ wellbeing, including their teleworking situation. You conduct the mandatory screen work risk assessment at the same time.
- By identifying the risks, you reduce the risk of health problems.
- As an employer, you’ll receive a clear report with action points and recommendations.
- Your employees will receive specific tips on healthier screen work.
- You will gain access to our online dashboards, where you can view all reports, filter your results and compare them with benchmarks.

How does Mensura help in practice?
Preparation
we start with a discussion of the approach. You start with a validated standard questionnaire that you can supplement with up to five company-specific questions.Completion of the e-survey: your employees will receive a link to the online questionnaire by email. They have three weeks to complete it. We will send a reminder in order to reach as many employees as possible.
The questionnaire consists of four parts:general questions
questions about working conditions
questions about working from home
questions about work-related health problems
After completing the questionnaire, your employees will immediately receive practical tips that they can put into practice themselves.
Report: we will conduct a group assessment of the working conditions and potential health problems. We will also compare the situation of office workers and those working from home. You will receive a clear report with action points and recommendations, which we can come and explain on-site if you wish. You will also have access to an online dashboard where you can view your reports and filter and compare results.
