How do you order flu vaccines?
You can order them during the announced period in the client zone on MyMensura, while stocks last. This year, this is possible from 30 June 2026 to 18 September 2026 inclusive. You can find the price in the ordering module on MyMensura.
After your order, you will receive practical information and a mail template that you can send to your employees to invite them to get vaccinated. Employees can generate and download a personalised voucher via that invitation. With that voucher, they then make an appointment online at a Multipharma pharmacy of their choice for the vaccination.
Please note that vouchers are on a first come, first served basis, for as long as your ordered stock lasts. If you ordered 40 vaccines from Mensura, then only the first 40 employees who apply can claim a vaccine voucher.
Do you still want Mensura to visit your premises for vaccination at one particular time? This is possible as from 50 vaccines ordered (per location!). Please indicate this choice when ordering. In that case, we will mutually discuss an appropriate time for vaccination at your location(s).

Do you opt for on-site vaccination at your company? Then our nurse administers the vaccines at a mutually agreed time and vouchers are not used. Please note that there may be an additional cost. Should any of your employees be absent, they can go to a Multipharma pharmacy with a voucher; after we have activated this together with the employer.
The flu keeps 5 to 15% of Belgian employees at home every year (for an average of 3 to 6 days).
