Every employer is responsible for its organisation’s absenteeism policy. This course is suitable for HR managers, management members, prevention advisors, and business managers.
What does the law say?
As an employer, you are legally obligated to have a collective reintegration policy and to evaluate it annually. Over time, the federal coalition agreement (2025-2029) also aims to oblige employers to pursue an active absenteeism policy.
