At the end of the day, you will leave with a fully developed absenteeism policy, including a reintegration policy, that complies with legal aspects and current regulations.

    An active absenteeism policy is essential. It prevents absenteeism as much as possible, supports your employees if they become ill, and guides them during and after their return to work. The foundation of a uniform approach to absenteeism in your organisation lies in a well thought-out policy with a clear agreement framework for absence and reintegration. This workshop will help you draft that policy.

    For whom?

    Every employer is responsible for its organisation’s absenteeism policy. This course is suitable for HR managers, management members, prevention advisors, and business managers.

    What does the law say?

    As an employer, you are legally obligated to have a collective reintegration policy and to evaluate it annually. Over time, the federal coalition agreement (2025-2029) also aims to oblige employers to pursue an active absenteeism policy.

    The price depends on how you follow the training.

    If your organisation is affiliated with Mensura External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (ESPPW) and you have prevention units, you can pay with these as long as your balance is sufficient.
