Become an occupational physician at Mensura

You are the clients’ key preventive health monitoring contact within the companies in your client portfolio. To this end, as an occupational physician, you will work within a multidisciplinary team that includes nursing staff and prevention advisers. Do you have your master’s degree in medicine but haven’t specialised in occupational medicine yet? You’re still welcome too! Mensura also co-invests in your education.

Let’s get acquainted!

Your duties as an occupational physician

  • You carry out preventive medical examinations, visit companies, and participate in workplace prevention and protection committees.
  • As a consultant, you actively listen to your clients’ problems and pick up signals from employees and employers. Based on these, you develop customised solutions and provide targeted advice.
  • You run risk analyses and help draw up the overall plan and the annual action plan (health factors).
  • You inform your clients about occupational and work-related illnesses and their risk factors.
  • You are the pivotal figure within a multidisciplinary team of experts.

What Mensura has to offer you

  • A varied job within a multidisciplinary team in an ever-changing work environment.
  • An attractive salary package including a company car, insurance, mobile phone, and up to 41 days of holiday.
  • Are you already focusing on your specialisation in occupational medicine? Then you will receive your full salary, but you will be exempt from work in order to attend classes or prepare for your exams. In turn, our R&D Department will guide you through your thesis.
  • A good work-life balance. Depending on your personal situation, you opt for 12 or 18 extra days of leave, or a higher gross salary.
  • The chance to continuously learn, including by participating in scientific studies.
  • An innovative corporate culture: we invest in new technologies, establish partnerships with start-ups, and delve into academic research.
