ISO certification

At Mensura, we prioritise quality. Above all, we constantly strive to optimise our services and support the development of our experts. The fact that these efforts have been rewarded with ISO certification is a fine endorsement.

ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is an international organisation that establishes standards for different sectors. These are designed to measure and improve quality, safety and efficiency in a standardised, independent manner. Mensura has been ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 14001 certified for many years. We also hold the EcoVadis label.

    ISO 9001 : 2015 – Quality management system

Mensura has held ISO 9001 : 2015 quality certification since 4 January 2001. It is the best-known and most widely used international quality standard.

We regularly renew this certificate under the supervision of Bureau Veritas. Our certificate relates to all activities of the external occupational health and safety service, as mandated by the Act of 4 August 1996 on the well-being of workers in the performance of their work and its associated implementing decrees. It also applies to all examinations, advice, support and risk prevention activities, and training provided by Mensura in the following areas:

    • health and safety at work

    • ergonomics

    • psychology

    • hygiene & toxicology

    • absenteeism

    • environment

The ISO 9001 : 2015 certificate demonstrates that our quality management system meets the requirements and expectations of our clients and employees and complies with the legislation on health, safety and well-being at work. It takes a process-based approach and is supported by a risk and opportunity assessment. The certificate therefore represents excellent evidence of our commitment to continuous improvement.

ISO 14001 - Mensura is actively striving to minimise its ecological footprint

As a leading well-being partner, Mensura takes environmental management seriously. Environmental policy is an integral part of our entire way of doing business. We work actively to minimise our ecological footprint in order to have a positive impact on climate change.

To reinforce our commitment in this area, Mensura has had an ISO 14001-certified environmental management system in place since May 2015. In April 2021, Lloyd’s Register awarded us certification for the third time – marking the start of our third three-year cycle.

The ISO 14001 standard sets minimum requirements for a well-functioning environmental management system, enabling an organisation to manage and improve its environmental impact across the board. Implementing and maintaining an environmental management system makes possible a consistent focus on the environment, both strategically and operationally. This in turn ensures that we comply with environmental laws and regulations and continuously improve our environmental performance.

During the external audits by Lloyd’s Register, a high level of environmental awareness was observed at management level and among employees. For example we were able to show that the vehicle fleet is becoming greener and that paper and energy consumption at our various offices has decreased significantly.

Over the years, Mensura has clearly demonstrated that its commitment to environmental protection is a top priority!

EcoVadis recognises our commitment to sustainability

In 2025, Mensura was awarded the Committed Company label from EcoVadis, the global benchmark for evaluating CSR performance (environment, working conditions and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement). This recognition represents part of their updated rating system. Since our first assessment in 2021, we have consistently achieved this label.

As an organisation with an important social role – especially in monitoring and promoting well-being at work – we remain committed to further strengthening our sustainable entrepreneurship approach. This label confirms our ambition to continuously improve and have a positive impact that goes beyond our legal obligations.
