You should preferably use Google Chrome as your browser.
How do I log into MyMensura?
Do you already have an account?
Go to mymensura.be and click on ‘aanmelden/se connecter’. Enter your email address and click on ‘continue’. Enter your email address again and your password. Click on ‘continue’.
Don’t yet have an account?
Go to mymensura.be and click on ‘nog geen account?/pas encore de compte?’ under the login button. Enter your organisation’s affiliation and company number. Then enter your details and follow the instructions you receive by email.
Note: if your organisation already has an account, the person who manages the company account must create an account for you.
How do I change my language in MyMensura?
On the mymensura.be login screen, select Dutch or French in the black bar at the bottom. English is not available. You can change your language in the black bar at the bottom even if you are already logged in.
How do I log into TeamFlows (Certimed)?

How do I change the language in TeamFlows?
Click on ‘Instellingen/Paramètres’ in the navigation bar at the bottom, then set your language preference under ‘Taal/Langue’.
Is TeamFlows also available as an app for smartphones, tablets, etc.?
TeamFlows is not available as a mobile app. However, the website automatically adapts to the device you are using.
