    CEO of Mensura

    During my career as a GP, I experienced the importance of prevention, both in your private life and in the workplace. My move into occupational medicine was therefore no surprise.

    Since 2017, I have been a Managing Director at Mensura, Belgium’s largest wellbeing and absenteeism partner, and in 2022, I became the proud CEO of the entire Mensura Group.

    I am married, mother of two sons and one daughter. Since 2004, we have lived in Bastogne, in the heart of the Ardennes. The ideal location for hiking and enjoying the peace and beautiful nature. Furthermore, I am an avid reader and love culture, and especially getting together with family and friends.

    Expertise

    As a GP and then an occupational physician, I have a broad knowledge of risk prevention and wellbeing. I’ve been able to sample a lot of sectors, whether it’s healthcare, the public sector, industry or construction, etc.

    In turn, from my management position, I have a lot of contact with employers, social partners, and politicians. Understanding our clients’ needs is crucial to maximise the alignment of our services with the needs of the labour market and weigh in on policy.
