Technical documentation for the equipment: manufacturer’s manual, CE conformity declaration, technical datasheets (power, weight, pressure etc.), electrical or hydraulic diagrams.
Maintenance and inspection data: recent inspection reports, maintenance schedule, manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.
Additional information: previous risk assessments or reports on incidents and accidents involving the machine.
