Basic safety on temporary or mobile construction sites
Construction workers must understand all the risks of a temporary or mobile construction site. In this course, they learn to recognise the risks of their own activities and those of others. As an employer, you are legally obligated to offer this course to all your construction workers.
Why?
In this course, construction workers learn to recognise and manage the main risks of temporary or mobile construction sites so they can avoid accidents.
Basic safety training has been mandatory for anyone working on a temporary or mobile construction site since the Royal Decree of 15/04/2023.
If this legislation applies to your employees, they must follow the course before 15/04/2024.
Newcomers must follow the course within one month of starting work on the construction site.
