    An Bogaert
As the daughter of an entrepreneur, I made a conscious decision to specialise in occupational medicine at the end of my medical studies. As an occupational physician, I’m perfectly placed to apply my medical knowledge in the business world, where I feel very much at home.

    Bart Teuwen
Being absent from work due to illness – sick leave – is a growing problem for our employers and social security system. Based on my expertise as a company medical officer in the Netherlands, it also became my ambition to have an impact on the approach we take to sick leave in Belgium. My passion – and the challenge facing me – is to be able to guide companies and managers as they evolve towards taking a sustainable and positive approach to absenteeism.
    Bart Teuwen

    Caroline Pirotte
I’m involved in all business sectors for different types of intervention, from design ergonomics and training, to coaching and the implementation of policies for managing ergonomic risks.
    Caroline Pirotte

    Christel Schabon
Christel has over 20 years of experience in supporting employees and employers with absenteeism. She assists employers in developing their absenteeism policy, enjoys inspiring people, trains managers, leads peer reviews, and provides individual coaching.
    Christel Schabon

    Dana Paris
Based on my experience in various roles within human resources, I became more interested in delving more deeply into employee wellbeing and the impact it has on the organisation. As a coach, I have helped to guide both individuals and organisations in matters relating to resilience and mental wellbeing. Engaging in dialogue with employees and managers has been the common thread running through my career.
    Dana Paris

    Dorien Simons
While I was studying for my doctorate, I focused on the planning and development of health interventions. At Mensura, I use this academic background to combine a critical view of things with an infectiously positive, flexible and results-oriented attitude to work. As part of my training courses, I involve your group in my story, time and again, the key message of which is always: ‘A healthy mind in a healthy body.’
    Dorien Simons

    Gerrit Pollentier
Problems need to be tackled at the source. That’s why I made the move from being a self-employed physiotherapist to an ergonomics prevention adviser. This has also enabled me to build up a wide array of experience on a whole range of ergonomic improvement projects in all sorts of different sectors.
    Gerrit Pollentier

    Gretel Schrijvers
Since 2017, I have been a Managing Director at Mensura, Belgium’s largest wellbeing and absenteeism partner, and in 2022, I became the proud CEO of the entire Mensura Group.
    Gretel Schrijvers

    Heidi Henkens
In both my role as a manager and as a trainer, I believe it is important to see people grow and to focus as much as possible on their talents. By applying positive psychology and focusing your time and energy on the things you want to grow, magical things can happen.
    Heidi Henkens

    Jolien Joriskes
I am passionate about projects that promote health and am committed to optimising people's physical and mental well-being. I would be happy to contribute ideas on how to develop a vitality policy in your organisation and set up health-promoting activities or initiatives in the workplace.
    Jolien Joriskes

    Katrien Devel
Magic happens when you step outside your comfort zone. And that’s exactly what happened to me. After studying as a physiotherapist, I did various jobs. That’s until I caught the bug for ergonomics and came to work at Mensura as an ergonomist in 2017. I have presented courses on ergonomics in various sectors and also carried out ergonomics-related projects with clients. More recently, I have focused mainly on the risk analysis of people who work with display screens.
    Katrien Devel

    Kleo Van den Bergh
I started my career as an internal prevention advisor in the technical department of one of the largest soft drink manufacturers. I then retrained in socio-economics and joined Mensura. My motto? Safety = from having to do it to being able to do it to wanting to do it. Or: from head to hands to heart!
    Kleo Van den Bergh

    Koen Van Hulst
Driven by simplicity and impact, I focus on building strong partnerships and guiding both organisations and teams toward sustainable change.
    Koen Van Hulst

    Lieve Gerits
With a passion for people and a keen eye for processes, I support organisations with the practical implementation of their absenteeism policies. Want to build a people-centred absenteeism policy with us? I look forward to meeting you!
    Lieve Gerits

    Marianne Van Hees
As a young person, I lived in France, sailed across the Atlantic Ocean, raised my children and worked for organisations in Belgium and the Netherlands. That gave me a broad and open mindset. What do you need to maintain a healthy mind in such a varied life? Four brain circuits: attention, resilience, positivity and altruism. I apply this lesson in my work as a psychosocial prevention advisor at Mensura. I spend my free time reading, meditating and walking. And sailing, of course.
    Marianne Van Hees

    Marie Lamoral
I have been working as a psychosocial prevention advisor for over ten years and am convinced that communication and acknowledging emotions are the first steps towards psychosocial prevention. With my broad experience, I am highly adaptable and strive to find the most suitable solutions for every organisation.
    Marie Lamoral

    Michelle D'Haese
Harm caused to health by chemical, microbiological or physical risks is often irreversible: monitoring, knowledge and management is the key message here. I am an experienced project leader and line manager in R&D in innovation. Hence my passion for innovative solutions focusing on the wellbeing and development of people and teams.
    Michelle D'Haese

    Nathalie Vanaenrode
Nathalie has many years of experience in assisting employers with absenteeism issues. She guides them from start to finish in their transition to a sustainable positive absenteeism policy. She also specialises in absenteeism statistics and trains managers and HR professionals in interpreting these figures and converting them into concrete actions.
    Nathalie Vanaenrode

    Robin Vanderstappen
I believe it is important to continue developing myself in various areas so that I can offer our customers better service. Mensura strongly encourages this vision. The autonomous way of working and the diversity of assignments motivate me enormously. That's why I enjoy my job so much.
    Robin Vanderstappen

    Rosi Vander Elst
Companies sometimes forget that the environment also affects our well-being. That is why I assist companies and organisations with my knowledge of environmental management systems, environmental legislation and environmental management. In my spare time, I enjoy sports and cooking – both in an environmentally conscious manner, of course.
    Rosi Vander Elst

    Rudy Smedts
As a bio-engineer and prevention adviser level 1, I have built up my experience in a range of different organisations. I combine my knowledge of work safety with leadership and management. I believe that you have to view the policy applied on safety as an integral part of a sound business policy. Hence my interest in the policy-related aspects of prevention, integrating aspects of wellbeing into care systems, aspects of behaviour and communication, skills development, wellbeing culture in organisations and coaching of prevention advisers.
    Rudy Smedts

    Sofie De Vocht
I call myself a passionate ergonomist. I am constantly immersing myself in new and existing topics, such as working with display screens and lifting loads. That’s the way I keep my ergonomic analyses, recommendations and training up to date. I spend my spare time – always with an eye for ergonomics – walking, enjoying winter sports and travelling.
    Sofie De Vocht

    Véronique Willems
What you give your attention to grows. In other words, a listening ear is invaluable. I experienced this as a volunteer at the Tele-Onthaal organisation and still apply it every day in my job as a psychosocial prevention advisor at Mensura. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, taking photographs, walking and playing tennis.
    Véronique Willems

    Violaine Thonnard
I am a trained nurse. My interest in healthy nutrition led me to specialise in this field. I firmly believe that exercise, nutrition and health go hand in hand.
