Every year, the flu leads to empty desks, gaps in the team and a stack of sick notes. Sometimes, your business may even be forced to slow down. However, there’s a simple solution: offer vaccination to your employees. A flu jab isn’t much trouble to arrange, but it will make your team stronger.
Vaccination for your employees
We like to make things as easy as possible for you. Order the vaccines quickly and easily through our client portal, MyMensura.
We take care of the ordered vaccines, and your employees can go to one of the 300 Multipharma pharmacies with their voucher in their area at a time that suits them.

This year you can order vaccins from 30/06 until 18/09.
We determine the price per vaccine annually – organisational administration and administration of the vaccine by Multipharma are included. You can find the price in the ordering module on MyMensura.
Do you have prevention units? Then you can pay the invoice using those.
The vaccination period itself runs roughly from mid-October to the end of December. The exact dates are communicated in advance every year.
After your order, we will send you the necessary info on how your employees can get a voucher and how they can make an appointment at Multipharma.
Prefer vaccinating on-site in your organisation?
You can do so as from 50 vaccines ordered per site.
We will contact you to set a date (and stick some arms 😉).
Will some of your employees be absent on the day of the vaccination? No problem; they can always get vaccinated at Multipharma.
How flu vaccination makes all the difference
The flu is no small matter. Up to 15% of your employees are laid low by it every year, sometimes for a week or longer. You can instantly feel the effects of this in your planning, your workload and your results.
The solution is obvious: vaccination. You’ll reduce the risk of getting the flu by as much as 80%, and if someone does catch the virus, the symptoms are usually far less severe.

I am not a Mensura client; can I still order vaccines?
No. Unfortunately, flu vaccines can currently only be ordered by existing customers of Mensura ESPPW (External Service). If you are not a client, or only a Certimed client, you cannot order vaccines.
I have placed my order but want to change it. Is this possible?
Did you not order enough vaccines?
You can always order more via MyMensura, as long as the order deadline has not yet passed and there are vaccines still in stock.Want to reduce your order?
This is only possible up to 14 days after your order.
Who makes the appointment at Multipharma?
The employee makes an appointment themselves online at a Multipharma of their choosing. If they don’t show up for their appointment, they must reschedule it themselves. The platform where we generate the voucher also has a link to the online calendar of all Multipharma pharmacies.
Is the flu vaccine registered in Vaccinet?
For employees who get vaccinated through Multipharma, the vaccine is automatically registered in Vaccinnet. Will we be visiting your company to administer the vaccinations there? In that case, they will not be registered in Vaccinnet.
What type of vaccine will I get?
The flu virus changes every year, which is why experts also adjust the vaccine every year. We order the classic vaccine in the standard dose. Employees with specific conditions or risks can contact their GP to get an adapted vaccine.
I have branches with more than 50 employees and others with less than 50 employees. How can I get all my employees vaccinated?
We will only come to vaccinate on-site in branches with 50 or more vaccines ordered. Employees at the smaller sites must get vaccinated through Multipharma. In that case, you need two separate orders on MyMensura: one order for vaccination on-site and one order for vaccination through Multipharma.
You can also run all branches (small and large) through Multipharma, which is more economical anyway.
Will I be notified when my ordered vaccines are all reserved by my employees?
You will not receive an automatic notification. However, once the vouchers have run out, the system will alert the employee to contact your HR department. You may then decide to order additional vaccines, subject to availability at Mensura.
How do I know if an employee has used their voucher?
For privacy reasons, we cannot disclose the identity of those people who have been vaccinated. Want to know more about the vaccination rate (as far as data is available)? Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Why can’t I visit a Mensura location anymore for my flu vaccination?
From 2026 we are working with the pharmacy chain Multipharma. The main reason is simplification and flexibility. Employees have more options to get the vaccine at different times and locations. There is also a longer vaccination period. Thanks to this flexibility, more employees will get vaccinated and there is less risk of absenteeism in your organisation.
Will Mensura visit my organisation to administer the vaccines?
Mensura can visit your company for a vaccination round as from 50 vaccines ordered per site. That moment is mutually agreed upon and will take place at one location. So you cannot order 60 vaccines and then have them administered at two locations. Please bear in mind that there is an additional charge for this option.
Can I get a list of all vaccinated employees?
We only record the number of vaccines administered. If an employee still needs proof of vaccination, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Not all my ordered vaccines were used; do I have to pay for them all?
We invoice for the number of vaccines ordered. If some of your employees didn’t use the voucher or weren’t present in your company at the time of vaccination, then the vaccines will still be invoiced.
I organised a vaccination event in my company but an employee did not show up. How can this person still get vaccinated?
