Lifestyle Screening
Healthy employees feel better, perform better, and are absent less often. Yet research shows that many employees struggle with stress, sleep deprivation, too little exercise, or unhealthy habits.
A preventive approach helps detect health risks at an early stage and raises employees’ awareness of their lifestyle.

The screening focuses on themes that have a direct impact on wellbeing and employability:
nutrition
exercise
sleep
stress
smoking
alcohol use
general physical health
Afterwards, each participant receives practical tips and useful information, as well as a report with the measured values.
