Who am I?
I am well aware of the increasingly blurred line between work and home. As a prevention specialist in psychosocial aspects, I am committed to encouraging businesses and employees to take wellbeing at work into their own hands. I support companies in establishing a psychosocial policy and also provide employees with individual psychosocial guidance.
In my spare time I like to relax by running, spending time with my family, going for walks and travelling.
Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy"Paulo Coelho
Make use of my experience in conducting psychosocial risk analyses, both generally as the result of specific questions or needs, and also individually.
I am involved with a variety of businesses and sectors, ranging from SMEs to large organisations and local authorities. For example, I help them to keep track of how their employees feel at work, what they value about their job and the organisation and where any pinch points might be located. I provide practical advice and develop a plan of action designed to improve wellbeing in the workplace.
