Annual IDPPW report: gathering the information and documentation required
It's all in the preparation. Check the overview below to ensure you have all the documents you need to prepare your annual report from the Internal Department for Prevention and Protection in the Workplace:
1. Reports from the Committee for Prevention and Protection in the Workplace (CPPW)
2. Annual action plan and global (five-year) prevention plan
3. Asbestos inventory, if applicable, (annexed to the annual report)
From your External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (ESPPW):
4. Activity report 2025
Please note: the activity report only relates to interventions handled by your external department for prevention and protection.

5. Report(s) from periodic site inspections
