E-learning safe usage of e-mobility and devices with li-ion batteries

Basic confidential adviser course

As a confidential adviser, you are the first point of contact for employees with psychosocial issues. Examples here include stress, fear of failure, boundary-crossing behaviour and burn-out. You may have to deal with complex situations as a result. This basic training course provides you with the necessary skills to correctly react and provide referrals, if necessary, in any situation.
