    A company visit is more than just some mandatory requirement. It’s your chance to both take workplace wellbeing to the next level and comply with the Wellbeing Act – and more. 

    What is a company visit? 

    Mensura visits your company regularly  in connection with your legal obligations regarding  workplace wellbeing. 

    Every visit starts with an exploratory discussion. This is followed by a tour of the premises. We identify risks to your employees’ safety or health and explain the potential consequences. We also help you determine which roles are subject to mandatory medical monitoring, so that these employees receive the proper oversight. 

    Based on everything we see and hear, we set priorities together and formulate practical recommendations. ‘The company visit was conducted by a very friendly and helpful individual who shared the necessary and useful information.     How does Mensura help in practice? 

    • Insight into your company: we gain a better understanding of the working conditions in your various departments (heavy physical demands, workload, noise, etc.). 

    • Identification of hazards and risks: we list all existing hazards and risks in the workplace. 

    • Proper health monitoring: the information from the company visit helps the occupational health physician to organise monitoring correctly to suit your situation. 

    • Practical, tailored advice: we suggest specific preventive measures, from ergonomic adjustments to the use of protective equipment, and give recommendations that you can use at policy level (e.g. in your absenteeism policy). And more.

    All legally required company visits: 

    • ABC+ companies: charged in prevention units (PUs) 

    • C-D companies: included in your annual fee (travel costs are extra)

    Note: company visits that are additional outside the legal requirement (or arranged by request) are not included in your annual fee and will be invoiced separately.
