What is a person of trust screening?
If you employ more than 50 people, you are required to appoint a person of trust. But how do you know who is suitable? Mensura supports you with the selection process and conducts screening interviews with candidates. 4. Approval by the OHSC
The occupational health and safety committee (OHSC) must approve the appointment. If agreement cannot be reached, the Well-being at Work Inspectorate will mediate and advise.
