What is a vitality scan?
Your employees’ vitality is about their physical and mental fitness, motivation and energy. That’s why exercise, sleep, nutrition and other lifestyle factors play a key role in work performance.

How does Mensura help in practice?
Startup and analysis
We start with a thorough intake session and analysis of the well-being categories in your organisation:
What initiatives or facilities are already in place (e.g. showers, bicycle parking, fruit baskets)?
Are these actions already systematically supported, for example through a working group or policy? (e.g. policy on smoking at work, breaks etc.)
Are there specific challenges relating to lifestyle or well-being that are noticeable in the workplace? (e.g. excessive energy drink consumption)
Surveying your employees
By means of an anonymous online survey (approx. 15 minutes), we see how your employees score in various lifestyle categories. We also ask about their motivation, interests and expectations. If necessary, we add company-specific questions. As well as quantitative data, we can collect qualitative input through interviews or open-ended questions.
What does it deliver?
After the vitality scan, each employee receives a personal report with useful lifestyle tips by email. As the employer, you receive:
