Evoluno: self care journey for mental wellbeing

    Evoluno is an integrated digital platform (web and mobile) with 2 modules. In the module 'Prevention', you will find over 20 self-study courses – compiled by psychologists – on stress, anxiety, burnout, self-management ... In the module 'Support', you can contact a psychologist directly (for a fee or included in the EAP offer).

    Why?

    Evoluno's courses are put together by psychologists, based on scientific studies and approved by Mensura experts. You also get various customised resources – audio, exercises, self-assessments etc. – and a network of psychologists ready to help if those digital resources are not sufficient. Evoluno is available on the web and mobile, so you make progress and get support wherever and whenever you want.

    What do you learn?

    Evoluno uses scientific knowledge from cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT). There are currently 21 self-learning courses available. Each course contains text, audio and most importantly, practical exercises.

    Courses are available in the following categories:

    • Reduce stress and anxiety

    • Sleep better

    • Improve social interactions and relationships

    • Increase motivation and energy

    • Develop self-management

    • Improve mood

    Result?

    After these courses, you will have developed new skills to manage your mental well-being more consciously. You also strengthen your resistance to stressful situations. Moreover, you will learn to recognise the signals that indicate when it is time to slow down.

    The modules are suitable for everyone. The personalised digital training course is an approachable way to work on your mental well-being.

    What does the law say?

    The Welfare Act requires employers to pay attention to health, safety and prevention, and to identify risks. Don't lose sight of psychological well-being (of yourself and others), because psychological risks can have serious consequences: stress, burnout ... With Evoluno's online training courses, you build the resilience you need.

    If, as a member of Mensura External Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (ESPPW), you have prevention units*, you can use them to pay for Evoluno services.

    * Payment with PEs can be made from the balance remaining after deduction of the PEs for the statutorily required tasks (incl. VAT).
