How does Mensura help in practice?
1. Intake meeting
A discussion first takes place between the coach and the organisation (HR, manager, etc.) so that the situation can be understood and the guidance started.
2. Five individual conversations with the employee
Each conversation lasts 1.5 hours. The guidance takes place in three phases:
Recharging: the focus is on rebuilding energy and gaining insight into the employee’s physical and mental state. Acceptance is central, together with gaining insight into complaints and sources of stress.
Resolving: together, the employee and the coach look for solutions or ways to handle stress better. What actually works?
Resuming: the employee gradually resumes tasks and roles. The solutions that have been devised are put into practice, both at and away from work.
3. Summary report
The stress and burnout coach draws up a report for the occupational physician, the external assistance service and the employee themselves.
4. Feedback for the organisation
The employer receives concrete tips on how to limit similar risks in the future.
