What is stress coaching?
This service gives employees easy access to stress coaching directly from an experienced psychosocial risk prevention advisor. This enables them to act in time when they are experiencing stress. At the same time, you gain a better understanding as an employer of the sources of stress in your organisation, making a proactive response possible.
How does Mensura help in practice?
1. Intake
Together, we consider when and how often an advisor will be available for your organisation. You also determine the maximum number of sessions an employee can attend. Five individual sessions is usually enough for solution-oriented work.
2. Scheduling appointments
We agree on how employees can schedule an appointment. The easiest option is for them to contact the advisor directly. If you would prefer to coordinate the appointments yourself, that’s also possible.
3. Sessions with employees
The standard length of a session for employees is 1.5 hours. The following topics are covered during the session:
Brief introduction, with an explanation of the purpose and approach of the stress coaching.
Gaining insight into the causes of stress
Exploring the employee’s coping style
Practical advice and tips on individual action
4. Evaluation
After a pre-agreed period, you receive collective feedback. We also suggest preventive measures at organisational level.
